Strength X is a circuit style class that will help shape, strengthen and transform your muscles.
We use a progressive strength approach allowing you to quickly gain strength while still maintaining safety. Improving strength and balance is our goal.
Slim & Sculpt
Slim & Sculpt uses body sculpting techniques to firm and shape your muscles, along with Interval training to ignite your metabolism.
Enjoy the high energy rhythm of your favorite beats as you transform your body.

During your discovery session we’ll take you on a tour of the facility and cover details about our program and features. We’ll also do a mobility assessment, body composition analysis, and learn about your goals.
From there, we will help you create smart fitness goals from the results we gather and make a recommendation on the best program for you.
- Entire Facility will be sprayed with disinfectant daily
- Facility will be checked for cleanliness and given the necessary upkeep daily.
- All door handles, fitness equipment and other high traffic areas will be wiped down with disinfectant daily.
Hand Washing Policy – You MUST wash your hands BEFORE your workout. No exceptions and hand sanitizer is not a substitute.
Open Doors – To avoid unnecessarily touching any door handles, the entrance doors will be propped open. Use a paper towel to open the door after you’ve washed and dried your hands.
No Shared Equipment – We will not be doing any circuits that require you to share equipment.
Wiping Cubbies, Dumbbells and Mats – Your dumbbells will be wiped down by your trainer after use. If you touch any dumbbell for any reason, it needs to be sprayed and wiped with disinfectant before returning to the wall. You wipe your mat and the trainer will wipe it down again. The cubbies are wiped before and after EVERY class.
Bring Your Mat – If you have your own mat, this would be a good time to bring it.
No Sick Clients (or Trainers) – If you are not feeling well, you should stay home. I know it’s pollen season so this can get tricky but we need to err on the side of caution. If you are doing a lot of coughing or sneezing, you will be asked to leave.
