Chelsea was unhappy, uncomfortable and embarrassed. She could not believe how much weight she had gained in college and vowed to live a healthier lifestyle.
Chelsea began her journey into this new lifestyle with no help, and it was not easy. She struggled at times with food choices, depression, and motivation, but she knew none of these things could stop her from achieving the body and lifestyle she dreamed of. The first major breakthrough came several months into her training when the weight began to fall and stay off. She then hired a fitness coach to help her slim down and train for her 1st fitness competition. Through this journey Chelsea has lost over 80 lbs and she feels like a new person.
Her coach helped to give her confidence in herself that she never had before. This confidence has changed her life and has provided her with many new opportunities in the fitness and modeling industries.
Chelsea’s mission now is to inspire others to reach their ultimate potential in their health and fitness. Her passion for fitness is contagious and her knowledge on functional training helps to build a solid foundation for each client.
